  • Daddy Dave's NPK Audi with New Procharger Making Big Power on The Dyno!

Daddy Dave, a renowned figure in the world of street racing, has once again made headlines with his latest creation - a powerful Audi equipped with a new Procharger, the f4x-136. The car, which is part of Daddy Dave's No Prep Kings lineup, has been making waves in the racing community thanks to its impressive power gains and cutting-edge technology. Photo by Daddy Dave Racing At the heart of Daddy Dave's Audi lies a powerful XRE Hemi engine, which has been extensively modified to deliver exceptional performance on the track. The engine, which features a Noonan-based design, has been paired with a new f4x-136 Procharger, which has allowed the car to make significant power gains. Photo by Xtreme Racing Engines During testing at Extreme Racing Engines, Daddy Dave's Audi produced an incredible 3523 horsepower to the hubs, thanks in large part to the new Procharger. This is more power than what Goliath, a rival car equipped with a bigger 140 blower, was able to produce, making Daddy Dave's Audi a serious contender for the championship. One of the key advantages of the f4x-136 Procharger is that it is eligible for a significant weight break under the new NPK season 6 rules. This means that Daddy Dave's Audi can weigh as little as 26.50 with no Lockup in a modern car or 2625 in an older car, getting the 25-pound weight break. This gives the car a significant advantage on the track, allowing it to accelerate faster and reach higher speeds than its competitors. Photo by Daddy Dave Racing The new Procharger is also highly efficient, allowing Daddy Dave's Audi to produce impressive power gains without compromising on performance or fuel economy. Although it is smaller than other Prochargers on the market, it is more than capable of delivering the power and speed needed to compete at the highest levels of street racing. With its powerful XRE Hemi engine and new f4x-136 Procharger, Daddy Dave's Audi is set to be a major force in the No Prep Kings series. The car's impressive power output and lightweight design make it a serious contender for the championship, capable of reaching speeds of over 200 miles an hour with ease. Photo by Daddy Dave Racing As Daddy Dave continues to fine-tune his Audi and push it to its limits on the track, there is no doubt that this powerful machine will continue to turn heads and impress racing enthusiasts around the world. Whether you're a fan of street racing or simply appreciate the engineering and technology behind high-performance cars, Daddy Dave's No Prep Kings Audi is a true marvel of modern automotive engineering. • Jim Howe Testing New NPK Season 6 Rules!

As the National Pro Street Association (NPK) season 6 approaches, racers are getting ready to hit the tracks with their modified cars. In preparation for the upcoming races, a group of racers recently gathered at Virginia Motorsports Park for a five-day testing session to try out some new rules for the season. Among these racers was Jim Howe, a seasoned racer who has been competing in the NPK for several years. A Haltech Hero. Photo by Howe Motorsports The testing session presented some challenging conditions for the racers. They tested only during the hottest part of the day when the heat was on the racetrack, and the sun beat down on the surface, with track temperatures ranging from 190 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, the racers had to deal with foreign no-prep conditions and no glue or any other substances on the racetrack. Photo by Howe Motorsports Despite these challenging conditions, Jim Howe and the other racers were able to learn a lot and make some important adjustments to their cars. They focused on making their cars more consistent players when the sun is on the track, especially during the first couple of rounds on Friday or Saturday. For Jim Howe, this meant making some critical changes to his car's setup. Photo by Howe Motorsports During the testing session, Jim Howe tested his car's performance using two different engines. One engine was set up for more horsepower, while the other was set up for more torque. By doing so, he was able to compare the two engines and determine which one would be better suited for the upcoming NPK races. Jim Howe also worked on fine-tuning his car's suspension and adjusting the weight distribution to optimize his car's performance on the track. This included diagnosing a problem that had been affecting his car for quite some time. He finally figured out that it was a bad strut, which was causing the tire to drop too quickly, affecting the car's stability. Once he fixed the problem, he immediately saw an improvement in his car's performance. The testing session was a great opportunity for Jim Howe to work on his tuning and see what works best for his car. He found a couple of things that he will be sharing with his fans in a tuning part one video coming up soon. Jim Howe also took advantage of the testing session to test two cars at the same time. This allowed him to jump in his GTR, put it down the racetrack, park the car at the top end, jump in a pit vehicle, drive it to the starting line, fully dressed with a Hans device, helmet, gloves, boots, and the whole nine yards, and then jump over into the next car to race. Overall, the testing session was a huge success, and Jim Howe feels confident going into the start of the NPK season in Hebron, Ohio. He is determined to make his car as consistent as possible and make fewer mistakes than the guy next to him. With the new rules in place, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top this season. Photo by No Prep Racing Jim Howe expressed his gratitude to the staff at Virginia Motorsports Park and Tommy Franklin for their hospitality during the testing session. He is looking forward to seeing his fans in Hebron, Ohio, and has some exciting contests coming up for his followers on social media. Video by Howe Motorsports

  • Slippery Road Really Causes Troubles For The 405!

Street racing poses one of the greatest challenges to competitors due to the unpredictable nature of the racing surface. Unlike tracks, where the surface is more predictable, street racers face numerous variables, especially on heavily traveled roads. Even though some rubber might have been laid down from previous races, dirt and grime from other vehicles can affect the surface, making it difficult to make a smooth pass. Photo by Discovery Australia In a throwback video, Big Chief explains that the particular road the Street Outlaws are racing on has caused trouble for many racers, making them look foolish. However, for the racers vying for a chance to face off with the rest of the country on Street Outlaws: America’s List, this surface provides the best possible preparation for them to expect the unexpected. Racing on unfamiliar roads can throw unexpected challenges, and mastering them requires practice. But despite being experienced, several drivers really struggled to find traction on the slippery surface. Among those caught out were James "Doc" Love, Shawn "Murder Nova" Ellington, and Jerry "Monza" Johnston. Each experienced spins and close calls, with Monza even finding himself sliding off the racing surface and into the grass. Photo by Discovery Australia As experienced racers, the 405 crew was accustomed to pushing their cars to the limit, but they were not prepared for the dangerous conditions that awaited them on this particular night. The drivers were clearly frustrated by the challenging conditions, but they knew that street racing requires the ability to adapt to whatever surface they face. It's all about being prepared for the unexpected. Photo by Discovery Australia The races in the video below showcase multiple instances of lost traction, near wrecks, and a few competitors finding themselves off the racing surface and into the dirt. With street racing, competitors never really know what they're going to get, and the road surface plays a significant role in determining the outcome of the race. Video by Discovery Australia

  • Fans Question about Doughboy's Absence and JJ Da Boss Reaction!

Following several seasons of "Street Outlaws" based in Oklahoma, the franchise inevitably grew, producing numerous successful spin-offs like "No Prep Kings", "Fastest In America", and the renowned "Street Outlaws: Memphis". This series not only presented a different perspective of racing outside of Oklahoma but also introduced numerous new faces who quickly became unforgettable. Photo by DoughBoy.MSO.JJdaBoss One of these iconic, adrenaline-fueled drivers of team Memphis is Doughboy, who has recently sparked many rumors about his whereabouts and well-being due to his absence from the show and concerning speculation. What is Doughboy currently up to? Why did he leave the show, and what is the status of his health? Read on to discover all the details. Who is Doughboy? Photo by No Pity Photography Doughboy, whose real name is Josh Day, gained fame as a reality TV personality on the popular show "Street Outlaws," appearing in the first four seasons. Born on December 31, 1990, in Joiner, Arkansas, Doughboy is the eldest son of JJ Da Boss, the leader of the Memphis racing crew. Doughboy's mother remains unknown, but he reportedly has nine siblings from his father's previous relationships and marriages. Photo by Chelsea Day From a young age, Doughboy developed a keen interest in cars and racing, which only grew stronger after he crashed his first car, a 1964 Chevy Nova. Despite the close call, Doughboy persevered and continued to pursue his passion for racing, eventually acquiring a 1962 Impala named "Debo" for further competitions. Doughboy's debut race was featured on the second episode of "Street Outlaws: Memphis" during the first season in 2018. While some may argue that he still has a long way to go to match his father's skills, Doughboy's passion and dedication to the sport have earned him a reputation as an underdog and fan favorite. In his personal life, Doughboy is married to Chelsea Day, who also appeared on the show. JJ Da Boss mentored Chelsea and taught her the necessary skills to excel in racing. Together, the couple has two children named Kamden and Novaleigh Day. Photo by DoughBoy.MSO.JJdaBoss What happened to Doughboy? Photo by Discovery For those who follow "Street Outlaws: Memphis," Doughboy is a familiar name, and they have witnessed his growth behind the wheel over the years. Despite being the son of Memphis racing legend JJ Da Boss, Doughboy didn't start racing until the show's second episode in 2018. While there has been no word from Joshua himself about his current situation, JJ Da Boss confirmed in June 2021 that Joshua had suffered a back disc injury that had kept him away from racing. Conversely, a Reddit thread sparked a debate among viewers who claimed that Doughboy was embroiled in legal issues and rumors began to circulate that he may have been incarcerated. Photo by DoughBoy.MSO.JJdaBoss Although Joshua's absence from social media has led to speculation about his well-being, it is important to note that the only official information regarding his health is what JJ Da Boss has stated. There are rumors on the internet but these remain unverified. What Happened To Doughboy’s Car? Those who recall Doughboy's early days on "Street Outlaws" will remember that he didn't own a race car initially. In fact, it was Lee Roberts, a fellow racer and friend of JJ Da Boss, who lent his 1973 Nova to Doughboy as a gesture of gratitude. However, it wasn't long before Doughboy acquired his own ride. In 2018, he purchased a 1962 Chevrolet Impala and fixed it up with the help of his father, expressing his gratitude on Instagram for his father's unwavering support. Photo by Discovery Doughboy then made his red Impala his preferred ride and took it everywhere. However, since his absence from the show and social media, the fate of his beloved car is unknown. There have been no sightings of the car on either his wife Chelsea's or his father's social media, leaving fans with no choice but to wait for Doughboy's potential return to uncover what became of the car. Who Is Doughboy’s Wife? As one of the leading drivers of JJ Da Boss’ crew, Chelsea Day has become an iconic figure on “Street Outlaws: Memphis”. Although she was born in Joiner, Arkansas, it seems that Chelsea has been residing in Memphis, Tennessee for some time. According to her social media, she has been racing since 2013, and although it is unclear what inspired her to enter this male-dominated field, it is clear that she has been passionate about it for a long time. Throughout the years, her preferred street car has been a red 1973 Camaro, although she has also had other powerful vehicles such as a 2001 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, a white 1973 Camaro, and the Tomkat, a 1966 Chevelle that she currently drives. Photo by Chelsea Day In addition to her impressive racing skills, Chelsea is also a devoted wife and mother who strongly supports her entire racing family in all of their endeavors. How fans react to the absence of Doughboy on the internet? Photo by Chelsea Day The absence of Doughboy from the show has left many fans wondering about his whereabouts and speculating about the reasons for his absence. Some fans have taken to social media to express their concerns and share their theories, with many hoping for Doughboy's eventual return to the show. "I totally find it very hard to beleave that Dough boy is still around and is still with Chelsea cause you never see him in any videos of yall at home especially for the Christmas vids or any other family gatherings." said one fan on JJ Da Boss Youtube channel. Another said: "If someone was on a famous show and disappeared without explanation then questions are going to be asked! Want to stop the questions then address it publicly." However it seems there is still no answer for this old question! JJ Da Boss even posted a video about this absence and said that he doesn't want to answer the same old question: "Where is Doe Boy?" Video by TheReal Streetoutlaws Despite the lack of official information about Doughboy's absence, fans have remained engaged with the show and its other cast members. Many have praised the other drivers, including Chelsea Day, for their impressive performances on the track and their strong bond as a racing family.
