After all the time and effort we put into our cars, ending up in an accident can feel like the absolute worst thing that could possibly happen. Sure, when we saw the incident with Ryan Martin’s Phoenix Camaro, everyone felt fortunate to see the driver walk away. However, at the moment, it’s kind of hard to be happy about your health when your heart also feels the weight of your pride and joy being wadded up into a ball of recycling metal. The champion driver tried to steer out of trouble but the car made contact with the retaining wall. I think that a lot of spectators thought that this might’ve been the end of this car at the No Prep Kings Australian tour. However, the vehicle damage isn't too bad; the chassis appears to be fixable. Martin admits that the main challenge is finding a replacement nose and hood. The team is determined to make repairs and compete in the final three events on the Street Outlaws' Australian schedule.
