Hey there, Street Outlaws fans! Welcome back to Street Outlaws Talks, your go-to spot for all the real talk and raw stories from the streets. Today, we’re diving into something a little deeper—a personal chapter in the life of one of the most recognizable faces from the Street Outlaws franchise, Chuck Seitsinger, and what really led to him being placed on probation back in 2022.
Most fans know Chuck for one thing: Death Trap, his iconic 1989 Ford Mustang that’s left plenty of competition in the dust. He’s known for his aggressive driving style, his fierce loyalty to his crew, and that unshakable confidence behind the wheel. But in 2022, the headlines weren't about horsepower—they were about courtrooms and consequences.

The Incident That Shocked the Fans
In the summer of 2020, Chuck faced a life-threatening battle with COVID-19. He was admitted to the ICU in critical condition, leaving him unable to care for his children, who were staying with him at the time. While he was fighting to recover, his kids were sent back to live with their mother.
It was during this vulnerable period that Chuck received disturbing phone calls from his children, expressing they were having serious issues at their mother’s home. As a father, those calls lit a fire in him—and even though he was still physically recovering, his protective instincts kicked in hard.
In an emotional and admittedly rash moment, Chuck made a phone call that later led to charges of harassment and threatening violence. It’s clear now that he acted out of concern and desperation, but the law didn’t see it that way.

Legal Fallout and Sentencing
Fast forward to August 2020, when the legal proceedings began. After a lengthy court battle that wrapped up in March 2022, Chuck was found guilty of two misdemeanors—making a harassing and threatening phone call and threatening violence. Originally, he was set to plead no contest, but the judge opted for a stricter sentence.
That meant 60 days in jail, a year of probation, mandatory court fees, and completion of a 13-week anger management course. Chuck ended up serving 25 days in the Oklahoma County Jail.
Owning Up and Moving Forward
In true Chuck fashion, he didn’t dodge responsibility. After serving his time and fulfilling his court-mandated obligations, he made it clear that he wasn’t making excuses.
“I stand up for my friends and family and that’s the way I’ve been raised,” Chuck shared publicly. “It may not have been the right approach, but I know I have to do better.”
That level of honesty is exactly why fans continue to root for him—on and off the track.

Back to What He Loves
By April 2022, Chuck was out, focused, and more determined than ever. He returned to the scene with a fire in his eyes and Death Trap back on the strip. Chuck didn’t just show up—he showed out, hitting events like the No Prep Kings series and proving that he’s still a force to be reckoned with.
A Father First, Racer Always
While the streets will always be Chuck’s second home, his first love is clearly his three children—Miranda, Meline, and Chelsea. He’s never been shy about showing his dad side, often posting heartfelt family moments on social media. Even during his lowest moments, his commitment to his kids never wavered.
