Scott Taylor Scores His First Invitational Win at No Prep Kings US 131!

It's a huge moment for Scott Taylor and fans of Street Outlaws! After seven long years of racing in the No Prep Kings series, Scott Taylor has finally secured his first Invitational event win at US 131 Motorsports Park in Michigan. This marks a milestone in Scott’s racing career, and it’s a victory well-deserved.

For those of us who have been following Scott’s journey since the early days of No Prep Kings, we know how close he’s come to taking home the trophy on numerous occasions. From season 3, where he ended up third in points back in 2019, to countless runner-up finishes in the finals—Scott has always been on the verge of winning. But this time, he made it happen!

Scott’s car, a beast of a machine equipped with twin turbos this season, has been a significant challenge to master under NPK conditions. Although he tested the setup on prep tracks and saw promising results, the car struggled in the no-prep environment. Scott made the decision to switch back to a ProCharger, and it looks like that move finally paid off.

What’s even more impressive is the way Scott came back after the midseason break. He and his team worked hard on the car, and once the season resumed, they hit the ground running. It didn’t take long for everyone to notice how fast and consistent Scott’s car had become. He even managed to beat big names like Murder Nova and Robin Roberts along the way, proving he had a car that could compete with the best.

Speaking of Robin Roberts, many would agree that he has the fastest car in No Prep Kings right now. He’s been nearly unstoppable this season, but Scott managed to take him down, showing just how far his car has come. Consistency is key in No Prep Kings, and while the fastest car doesn’t always win, the most consistent car often does. Scott has found that balance of speed and reliability, and it’s paying off.

To compete at the top level in NPK, you need to be running in the low 3.70s consistently, and Scott is proving he can hang with the best of them. His win at US 131 is proof that hard work, persistence, and constant adjustments pay off in this highly competitive series.

Scott Taylor’s journey to this moment is a testament to what makes the No Prep Kings series so exciting. The highs, the lows, the near-misses—it’s all part of the drama that keeps fans on the edge of their seats. It’s great to finally see Scott get the win he’s been chasing for so long, and we at Street Outlaws Talks couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come. With Scott’s car looking fast and consistent, we wouldn’t be surprised if this is the first of many wins for him this season.

Stay tuned for more updates on Scott Taylor and all the other Street Outlaws as they continue to battle it out in No Prep Kings! There’s never a dull moment, and we’ll be here to bring you all the action.
