Street Outlaws Talks is back with another update straight from the no prep world, and this one’s all about Paige Coughlin. If you’ve been following the action in recent years, you already know Paige has been steadily rising through the ranks—and now, she’s locked in and ready to make some serious noise in the 2025 Speed Promotions season.

Golden Child Returns… But With a Twist

First things first: Golden Child is back. That sleek, third-gen IROC Camaro is still in the lineup and just as dangerous as ever. Paige drove the wheels off that car last season, making it into the Elite 16 without breaking a sweat and even landing in the finals at the last event, where she faced off against Shawn “Murder Nova.” Although she redlit in that race, there’s no doubt she had the car to take the win. Fast, light, and built for battle—Golden Child was a threat all season long.

But here's the kicker—Paige isn’t stopping there.

A Brand-New Build in the Works

She’s been teasing a new car for a little while now, and it sounds like 2025 is when it’ll finally hit the track. While she hasn’t fully revealed the details, there’s a good chance this one’s going to be a big tire car, possibly packing a Proline Hemi with a ProCharger setup—just like Golden Child. That combo has been a proven winner in the no prep game, and with Paige behind the wheel, it’s bound to be a problem for the rest of the field.

There's also been talk that Golden Child might get reconfigured for small tire action. With two $100,000-to-win races on this year’s Speed Promotions schedule—one on a prepped surface, one no prep—it makes total sense. You’d be crazy not to chase that kind of payday, especially with a car as dialed as hers.

Eyes on the Championship

Paige has already proven she can hang with the best of them, and this season she’s gunning for the full Speed Promotions tour. With seven points races paying $40K to win and two massive $100K showdowns, the stakes are higher than ever. But based on what we saw last season, Paige is absolutely a contender for the championship.

Let’s not forget—she’s got the experience, the team, and the equipment. Golden Child is light, aerodynamic, and fast as hell. She’s not a heavy driver either, so that gives her a solid advantage when it comes to weight reduction. If she keeps the ProCharger setup and doesn’t add nitrous, she could have one of the lightest and quickest combinations out there—without the extra tuning headaches that come with multi-power setups.

Final Thoughts

Whether it’s Golden Child on smalls or a brand-new big tire beast, Paige Coughlin is someone to watch this year. At Street Outlaws Talks, we’re pumped to see how she shakes things up in 2025. She’s got that mix of talent, confidence, and raw horsepower that makes a driver truly dangerous on the no prep scene.

We’ll be following her all season long—so stay tuned right here for updates, race recaps, and behind-the-scenes stories from the streets and the track.
